Leave a CommentCredit card rate reduction call. I pressed 1 for a customer service rep. As soon as they answered I asked them nicely "Please take my number out of your database". His response and I quote "Do you want me to take your f**king number out of the database. Why don't I put everyone's number on the Do Not Call List. Is that what I am f**king here for? Go f**k yourself" and then he ***g up. Needless to say I was shocked and am trying to find out where and how to report this! I am in North Carolina.
