Calls multiple times per day, never leaves a message. Finally answered one, wish I hadn't. Claims we asked for medical alert information. Didn't believe me when I said we didn't ask for any such info. "Yeah, right. Then why did you request it?" WE DIDN'T. Maybe the company is telling their employees this pack of lies. Whatever. I hope they get shut down.
