Leave a CommentReceived suspicious unsigned check in the mail in regards to a mysterious waiver. My lenders info was on the outside and inside. Whoever this is requested a call back within 7 days or the waiver will be revoked. The very bottom of the document states that not all customers have previous coverage and that they are not affiliated with my lender. Since this is not a legit company and involves Real Estate, it is considered Real Estate fraud.
