A scam call pretending to be Santander bank. This is a repeat call. Please delete this number this is a scammer, pretending to be a bank. I have to find out how to remove it from my landline. It’s called forwarded I have it blocked on my cell phone it’s forwarded from my landline apparently.

I received a call from this number today (Santander), calling me, to tell me I needed to get in touch with my Ex, because she is 5 payments behind (no surprises there). First of all... not MY problem (I am not on the loan, don't have the vehicle, never even seen the vehicle)... secondly, contacting me about a contract/debt that I do NOT have with their company, and discussing the details of said contract/loan about a 3rd-party is ILLEGAL... lastly, how in the***** did they get my cell phone number?? I have informed the representative of that facts, and WILL press charges, and notify the Attorney General in my state, if they call a***n. $1000 fines, payable to ME for every call they make to my phone after today!

Asked who was calling and he gave me his first name. I said that was not enough and he got nasty.

Santander will call you 20 times a day even if you tell them that you are not the person they are looking for. The voicemail they left was almost completely not understandable and they just wouldn't stop calling.

called to get my last car payment when I went to give them my card info they said since it was my last payment I couldn't do it over phone... I said then quit calling me until u will accept it over phone... this went on for months... today they finally took my payment.. ****** *******s.

These people have called looking for a person who had committed federal offenses a***nst me and who had gone to prison for 6 years with 2 years probation. I explained I am the victim to this person with no other relation what-so-ever. I have a permanent restraining order a***nst him and any other third party contact no matter the reason. Even so they contacted me a***n and a***n I asked my number be removed. I also went on to explain if I receive another call from them or anyone in their company and /or ****ociates, that I will be filing charges a***nst them for willingly harassing me for this criminal....we'll see if they do it a***n. At least I recorded it this time so there is no excuse next time. The only reason I can think they would have my number is if he had listed it as a contact number on his loan application knowing I would be harassed when he did not make his payments. Other than htat there is no way my name and number would be****ociated with this person.

They have always been nice to me & helped me when I've had problems with my acct or card. They are persistent tho which will bug the***** out of u if you are trying to ignore them.
