These telemarkters continue to FAX me unwanted solicitation even though my FAX number is on the No-Call-List.  What is the FCC doing about it.

EDITH, if you gave them your bank account info, call your bank and tell them what happened, you can always close your current account and get a new bank account number.I called this number in regards to a fax I received about Health Care insurance, the fax s****s out with "Public Healthcare Annoucement, Healthcare for all Americans". When I asked who they were, a man who answered the phone said they were Health Care Solutions out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and they were an insurance broker. He said they sold insurance normally to self employeds but now were offering insurance to a limited amount of individuals.They wanted my name, address, phone numbers and birthday.  Then they wanted my bank account number!  At that point, I said I wanted to check with my family and then the man argued how they only have a few slots open for their health care plan and how it would be closed in a few hours.  When I said a***n I wanted to check with my family, the man ***g up on me.  Now I am worried about iden***y theft!!! If this was legit, the man would not have ***g up on me after I refused to give him my bank account number. Also, it is law that their name be listed at the top of the fax so BEWARE! Instead of their name it says 15:51 05/20/08GMT-04 Pg 1 of 1.

fax the healthcare information said i'll get a promo rate talk to them many times was convinced to give the information they wanted told me that they will send me the packet within 12 to 15 days haven't received any and now that I'm calling them to verify so****ing their phone is busy always. I can't get a hold of them anymore after they got all the information. I'm worried about iden***y theft. What will I do?

For what it's worth I've filed with the Indiana Attorney Generals Office and FCC. I'm sure that their product is just like their fax.Junk

Have been unable to get these faxes stopped even though have dialed the number listed to no longer receive future information. Top of the fax, right hand side is "Volume 1, Issue 1.  Left hand side of fax vertically is "Stary informed" with the medical field logo "above" it; and center from that is [HEALTH CARE INFORMER] and dated below that dated Monday, April 28th.  I'd like to sue all these fax advertisers at this point - big class action suit.  Shouldn't the fax telemarketers be in the same class as phone telemarketers for which we sign up on the do not call list?  Its using a phone number after all.

can't get to stop.  don't think really selling health care just getting paid for sending faxes and waisting our time and patience.  How to get them to STOP !

THERE COMPANY'S NAME IS HIDDEN IN THERE FAX AS REQUIRED BY FCC REGS.  THEY ARE CALLED "BEINFORMED"

I continuously keep getting unwanted faxes from 888-229-8054 and I have entered my number to be removed numerous times, so I called the number to speak with someone to let them know I never inquired about any healthcare and do not want to receive their faxes and they ***g up on *****e Fax just list Heath care informer

received junk fax and tried to call the the opt-out number 866-904-8619 which asks for a pin number (which I don't have, of course)  called the 888-229-8054 and told them to remove me from the list.  b*#t*@d ***g up on me!
