Leave a CommentI got 2 calls from this number in 2 days. I called them back with the "reference number" after the second call and they stated they wanted to discuss a "business matter" with an individual that wasn't me. However, I do know the person they were trying to reach (and have since relayed the fact that they were calling me to that person). They weren't discourteous but gave me no more information but neither did I give my information or my friend's information to them.
These very rude people keep calling and will only identify themselves as IC Services. They refuse to give any information about themselves until you verify with them your name and address. Are they kidding? Why would anyone give these clowns their name or address or any other information. Yet even when you refuse to give them any information they continue to call you. So whats the point of the call? Are they high?
Someone by the name of Kelsey calls for someone who does not live here. Sooner or later they'll learn english and understand the words I use. maybe.
Rude MFers............ keep calling for someone that doesn't live here and I've had my home number for 30 plus years.
Called on a Sa****ay morning saying this is Kyle and that it was very important to call by 3:00. Caller ID said anonymous and he left no reference to why he was calling.
got a call from an unidentified number asking me to call 888.229.8896 - call them, they say it's IC Services, and then are extremely rude and want to know all kinds of information ... i tell them to take my number off their list, that i'm not the person they're looking for, but they say they have proof they have spoken with that person at this number and the calls will continue - and then they **** up on me ... consistently getting calls from these clowns ...

IC Systems collections -- they called every 5 minutes.
These guys call me 3-4 times a day and when I call them back they don't tell me who they are. They just try and get personal information on me. Idiots!!
