SCAM. MALE RECORDING STATED I WAS GETTING 24 HR NOTIFICATION BEFORE FORMAL PROCEEDINGS S****ED A***NST ME. A SUMMONS WILL BE FILED IN MY NAME WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY #. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THIS # AT D & M****OCIATES TO REVIEW MY RIGHTS & DETAILS TO AVOID INVOLUNTARY PROCEEDINGS. I have no debt. I didn't answer my cell phone, since I didn't recognize the # and there would no reason anyone would call me from an 888#. At least the man (Drake?) or rather a recording, left the above message twice. I have no debt from any source and I had this phone for 5 years, so they have a wrong number. And from my experience with other bill collectors in the past, they will call a***n and a***n, over a dozen times, although you tell them you are not the person they are looking for and they tell you they will take your name off of their listing. If they had my name (not just some phone number) they can check my credit & see I have never had ANY unpaid bills.
