Leave a CommentCalled to say being taken to court for a debt we know nothing about unless we pay $1000 immediately. We asked for every thing in writing and they said they don't have to send us anything... They also say they will garnish social security!
I'm getting the same robo call from John Stratton of Arbitrary Mediation. The caller ID number is 415-325-0236 but leaves the 888-259-2437 number for me to call back within 48 hours. My research tells me this is a complete scam debt collector and they love using intimidation tactics to demand money. Funny the recording does not reference my name at all.

Spammer, will not stop calling! Robo call! States his name is John Stratton from Arbitray Mediation. Per the recording, I have 48 hours to return this call or face legal actions! Uses various caller id in attempts to hide his number, but always leave this 888-259-2427 as a callback!
