This is Stanley Steemer. I used them once about 3 years ago. Did a horrible job and I have been receiving calls almost daily from the jerks.
i asked to be taken off their call list months ago and they continue to call. I don't wish to do business with them anymore since they continue this practice.

It is Stanley Steemer. I think it is bad business for them to call continuously, but I simply called them back at the same number and told them to put me on their "Do not call list". Hopefully that worked. I will update in about a week to confirm that it does work.

We had SS clean our carpets a year ago, so I'm guessing they're trying to gain repeat business.. The only way they're going to have that happen is to cease the calls and I'll call them ON OUR OWN TIME "if" we decide to use them again. They're annoying and ill-timed calls anyway.. Get the hint SS!!

We have done business with them over a year ago. But they hang up whether a human picks up the phone or the machine takes the call.
They keep calling your number with no respnse when you answer, if you just stay on the phone...they do too. Its almost like a standoff on who will hang up first. I call the number back to remove myself from their call list. You get a recorded message that their office is closed. Their office hours are until 9pm. Weil...I made the call at 4pm. I am not sure what their purpose is, they wont talk to you when you answer, they wont leave a message when you dont, you try to call them and can not get through. Seems like someone is wasting a lot of money and getting nothing in return. I do know I want them to stop calling me and I am not sure what steps I need to take to make that happen.
