Annoying spam.

my call from this # was to sell me upgraded internet service from brighthouse cable. told her I already have the lightning internet service. they don't check to see if the customer already has the upgrade they're trying to sell.

They call several times a day but don't leave a message. The internet says they are Evergreen Marketing a company that wants to sell you wire services. I am on the do not call list. How can I stop them?

Keeps calling my number; please stop calling; calls more than once in a day.

Receiving multiple calls from 888-289-3188.They leave no message and do not respond when I pick up.Notifying ATT as well.

I tried that email to request removal. I'll let you know if it works.

These people are blatant violators of your time and peace. They call at all hours and annoy you. I have a Panasonic phone that allows me to block 30 numbers, several of which are Evergreens. They seem to cycle the various numbers. My phone gives me peace from evergreen each time until they cycle in a new number and reuse the same list. Clearly they don't get paid on actually contacting you, becuase if they did, they would have recognized that they have NEVER spoken to me (just my voice recorder until I get to blocking their new numbers). These people need to be tracked down and dealt with in a manner suitable for the crime they are commiting.

they leave a message that you can not understand then they have a long pause (usually at this point I might press a "1" to hear the message a***n, as I have at&t call notes)  then the message says press "1" to bla bla bla  - if you wait long enough it ends. Seems to be a criminal way to get you to "agree" to so****ing with out knowing it.

This number keeps calling and calling.  When I call back, no answer.  I want it to stop.

I answered the phone.  It was Comcast trying to sell me some bundled package with a land-line phone.

c****s have called a dozen or more times on my cell phone.  I never give that number to any company.  Called back - Evergreen with ' a money saving idea on your cable'.  Bite me.Went through option 2 to get removed from the list.  We'll see what happens.  I suspect I just confirmed a good number that will be sold to a thousand other spammers.Wish I had a 'pipe ****' ****on on my smarty phone that would send a signal to destroy their phone system.  Now that's a good idea for an APP.

If they are a subsidiary of Comcast Cable and you are a customer of Comcast Cable they are not spamming you or violating the Do Not Call list.  You gave they permission to call you when you signed up for Comcast.

(888) 289-3188 is SPAMMING me at all hours and they never leave a message.  Through Googling this # you find out that it's a company called Evergreen, a subsidiary or agent of ComCast Cable.  BLOCK this # if the Do Not Call registry does not deter them.  The calls are very much unwarranted and unwanted.

They call and call and call, and because they don't leave a message they never have a chance at getting a callback.  These are calls to Vermont in the USA, so I can tell you that being on the DNC list does not deter them.

I was previously getting calls from 888-476-8698, called back that number, (Evergreen Marketing) followed the prompts to be put on their do not call list.  Kept receiving calls.  Complained to my cable company.  Now I'm getting calls from 888-289-3188.  Called back.  Still freakin' Evergreen.  Losers.
