I keep getting calls from this number 8883000449 asking for someone with the same name as my dad, believing that my number is a number to be theirs. (My phone is on a family plan under my dad's name.) My family does not have any debt to pay collectors and its getting out of hand. When they call, I try to explain the situation, but every time its a different person and they still call using three different numbers and an 'unknown' number and they still leave me voice mails to call back ASAP for so****ing "urgent pertaining to the account for ---."How do I make it stop?-Frustrated college student.

there is also a website named "UCB" or go to ucb.com OH and BELIEVEME, it did NOT look ANYTHING like the so-called agency that these nasty people call from, besides UCB.com is in Belgium! so these people are basicallyusing some other company's name to hide their iden***y, and make it sound like their some kind of agents, making us want to call so its VERY possiblethat we can somewhat get these people arrested for impersonating another company. ****** ***k****s. they keep asking for some person named"April Radusal" EVER since they bagan, STOPPED FOR AWHILE, then todaybegan A***N. and i REALLY am going to post about this scam, on aboutEVERY website, including SCAM.com a website that warns us a***nst scams and scammers out there

***!!??? It had this same problem with this nasty women who calls from "UCB" I'm not even sure if they are telling the truth. Months ago, I told them to stop calling me, sending me voice mails and remove by phone from their database. Then today, ohh....this f***in ****ed me off(1/9/08 about 4:00 PM) I get a f***in voice mail from 1-888-300-0449asking for the SAME person they were looking for, who I wasnt!serioisly, these people are stalkers. so, A***N i'm going to have to repeat that SAME problem I had MONTHS ago, about June-November, I'm going to have to repeat that same problem I had during that time, EVERY F***IN DAY recieving a nasty voice mail saying "I need you to call back" And seriously, i REALLY DO NOT want to talk to these nasty ********s a***n.

just joann...tell them you have her phone number give them this number..................1-718-828-9972...........what this number is...is a verizon busy signal test when you dial this number all you get is a busy signal.so for lying to you can you imagine her calling this number 6 times a day and for weeks and just getting a busy signal.eventually thet probably will call you back then say she moved out a week ago or a few days ago.

My caller ID said "no data." I answered and the woman asked for Joanna. I asked her who was calling. She said she wasn't actually calling for me, but for Lauretta ******. I said she had the wrong neighbor. She explained that Lauretta ****X was my neighbor and that she put my name and phone number as a CONTACT NUMBER. I said I didn't know Lauretta. She replied "You don't know your next door neighbor?" I said "no, I just moved in here." The woman said she couldn't get hold of Lauretta **** and could I please just give her a message to call her. I asked if this was a debt collection or so****ing. Miss Kelly****ured me IT WAS NOT. She said she had do***ents on her desk that she needed to go over with her. I Googled the number and found this site. I'm ticked that I was lied to, and that she attempted to use me to embarass my neighbor! I was given the name Ms Kelly and the phone number 888-300-0449. She did not offer the company name. I asked what is the company/business/organization name- she stuttered, but eventually said: UCB. How do I stop my neighbor's creditor from bothering me at home?

this nasty woman calls from this number (not identifying her company name) - identifies herself as 'AGENT'so-and-so - i was out of town for a few days and when i got back there was a message from her saying "i am COMMANDING you to return my call..."haha like she's from the x files or star wars or so****ing - really makes me want to return the call...NOT!

Dumb nucken people, called my house everyday asking for someone I never heard of. Kelp asking me questions about the person. I yelled*****O I don't know th e person.

They have called me 3 times and leave an account number and somone's name.  I called them back and told them I was not the person they were asking for.  They obviously had caller ID as they said they would take my number off the list.  They said they were looking for this person.  I asked if they were a collection agency and they said they were just looking for her.

My sister and my self got a call from this company. They do not give me any info except they are taking legal action and a file has been set up. I needed to call them back but have no idea what this is regarding.
