Leave a CommentThey told me everything was canceled and they took out money. I am unemployed and need every penny. Thats what I can expect when I keep up my end of the deal and cancel in the time frame given and they ***** you any way. Kerrie
they put a charge on my credit card without my knowledge. had to take personnel time to get it removed. how are they getting away with it nationwide.
Net S***d Hosting LLC is the biller for FASTNET LEARNING. I inquired about the on-line work @home in June. Was charged the 2.95 info fee plus 79.99. Called and cancelled and was told I will not be any additional billing, order was cancelled but could not issue a refund. Now with this charge, I finally got through to the number provided by cc statement and told them this charge was not authorized, order was cancelled in June and I want a refund put on my cc. The BBB will be notified and so will be cc provider. Spread the word, Fastnet Learning will keep your cc info I file and will bill you a***n in the future. Watch your accounts. Sending a letter to cc company now regrarding this unauthorized charge and requesting a new card.
I was also charged 79.99 for so****ing that I did not authorized. I have been on the phone for over an hour to try to cancel the charge and find out what it is. I finally was able to speake to someone and this was for so****ing I signed up back before the summer that it was to find out how to make extra $, which I already cancelled that and this is still part of it. I was fitting with the guy, cause I had no idea that i had signed up for this, but he will not refund my money, he said that he did canceled so i wont get charged a***n. but can't give me the $ back. :o(..... I 'm sooo mad!!!!!!! if you have any ideas on how to get the money back let me know please.
