a computer calls & asks you to "continue holding".I am unaware of being past due on anything & if the call isn't important enough for a person to initiate, it is not important enough for me to hold, using up mobile minutes.

Received a call on my cell phone with a recorded message saying call Daryl Rose. I stayed on hold for a long time but was never able to speak with anyone. I don't owe anyone any money so they are probably calling the last person who had my phone number.I went to their website and emailed them to remove my number from their lis****'s bad enough that they are calling the wrong number but what really upsets me is that you can't talk with a live person to have your number removed from their database.In my email I stated that if they did not remove my number I would turn them in to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. If I receive one more call from them, I will do just that.

They call me at least 4-5 times per day. How do I get them to stop.

They call every day 7 days a week.I have called Daryl Rose back about a month ago and he wanted to know if he could speak to ****.I said there was no one here by that name and this was my cell phone. He then called me a liar and s****ed naming off names of people that live in my household. That is so****ing you would find by using peoplesearch.com.I said a few harsh words to him about the way he was talking to me so he s****s screaming that I know more than what I'm saying. I told him to never call me a***n and ***g up.I don't know any of the people he named, do not live at the address and I've only had this number less than 7 months. I don't even answer from that number now because i know who it is. He always leaves that ****** auto message.I guess I could c****e my number but that would leave me with all kinds of business cards and paperwork with my old number.I'd really like to punch him in the nose!

So true!  I recorded my conversation, and I filed my complaints to get this taken care of.  Do not by any means e-mail these people.

S***my bottom feeder collection agency- we have NO outstanding debt still on our credit reports!  These s***bags call about OLD debts PAST the statute of limitations.  Don't be ****** & give them money you don't have to!  KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!I just called them & got Kelso (a guy) who told me which old debt they're calling about.  (He also divulged confidential info to me BEFORE he bothered asking who I was!  What an idiot!) I told him we'll be sending his company a registered "cease & desist" letter since this debt is past the statute of limitations.  He tried to lecture me about why I don't pay my bills (even tho I told him this is a relative's debt/deceased ***her in law's cell phone- dead over 7 years now!)  Don't deal with these *****s!

This company keeps calling me for a Robert.  I always tell them the same response.  "No one by that name here"  They say they will take this number off the list but I still get calls.  I think I will do as previously suggested and contact the Federal Trade commission and Better Business Bureau for Illinois.  Oh, he also told me he goes through the phone book looking for the same last name hoping to find someone that may know this person.  What a joke.

Recorded call from Darrell Rose. I Googled the name and phone number and found that the number belongs to Leading Edge Recovery Services. During the last five years, I have frequently received calls from debt collectors. I live alone and have no past due accounts. They always ask for some third party who they have reason to know cannot be reached at my number. It does no good to explain to them that the party does not reside at my address.

They call me on my cell phone, when I answer they **** up or demand to speak with me. When I ask who it is they refuse to tell me and threaten to call my work and family. When I ask why they are calling they **** up. So far I have spoken with Melanie and Craig, both were rude. If you want it to stop, I recomend and cease and desist letter with your attorny info.

Daily call to my husband's cell for a completely different person than he. These people have a really bad reputation if you take a minute to look them up. They are being sued by the state of Illinois for fraudulent business practices. No surprise there. Thank goodness you can screen cell phone calls. Probably best not to engage these criminals at all despite the fact that they have a wrong number.
