They try to steal money from you by claiming that a venmo account is being used in your name attached to your bank account. It's a lie just to get sensitive information so they can exploit it for profit.

A recent voice mail said it was trying to serve court papers and I needed to call back a lawyer, Jackie Smith, with case number to discuss legal information. The phone number comes up as "Unknown" on the caller ID. The number provided to call back is always busy.

Left messages on all of our relatives phones saying they were a process server trying to serve legal papers and to call back and talk to Jackie Smith Attorney with the case number. We called our lawyer and they said do not ever call that 888 number back is a scam. The courts will not ever call you or your relatives.

Said they tries to deliver do***ents to me to appear in court but do***ents were returned undeliverable.

L.A COUNTY: 3rd party collections for?? Who knows? You call in and they ask for a reference number. The Attorney they'd mentioned was Anthony Brown (How original!!!). F*CK THESE TWEEKERS SERIOUSLY!

Guy ( did not give name ) called on an unknown number, stating he was with a process server, that tried to deliver legal do***ents, but they were undeliverable. To avoid legal action in Maricopa County, I needed to call Attny, Jackie Smith

Got a restricted call: Msg left saying mailed do***ents returned, to avoid more legal action call 888-312-1220 and gave a case number. I returned call from different number gave case number and they asked if they are speaking with her. I said your speaking with him. They put me on hold and never answered back. I called back 2 times and it was a busy signal or ***g up. Its a scam!!!

Caller named Vanessa calling on the behalf of Sacramento County process servers, asked me to phone back an attorney and gave a case number to a direct line that went to a Phone Service. When I asked questions the phone service refused to give any info - claimed they are a service for several law offices. I just ***g up. More than likely a scam.

I received a voice mail claiming to be from the Miami Dade Court System and I urgently needed to get in touch with them. Provided a claim number and to contact the Attorney Jacqueline Smith in charge of my case to avoid further actions. When you call back you will get no answers or they will **** up on you.

That they were retained by a credit card company called Card One to collect a debt from 2001. I've never had a credit card from Card One if there is such a thing. I'm 65 yrs old & they tried to get me to pay so****ing I've never had nor do I owe. Just a scam targeting someone elderly with good credit.
