I just got a call from them. These people are running a new scam, as they used to call me around the same time last year but they would speak directly to you (no recording ma****es). They must be making lots of money now and have decided to step up their scheme game. I personally curse them out and keep repeating myself "Email or fax me proof. Email or fax me proof." LOL They will see you are difficult and will just move on. They say the FBI is working to stop this but can not locate these people.Remember do NOT give out your personal information if you are hesitant about anything. ANY legitimate company will understand you being hesitant about giving out your information before receiving information. If the company is NOT willing to provide written do***entation about any accusations a***nst you, IT IS A SCAM!!!

Just got a call from this number the guy left a voice message saying that he was calling for and got the names confused when trying to say my name saying it is a claim involving someone else and my name was involved.  I have no earthly clue who the person is that I was suppose to know  or what I am suppose to be involved with.  Called back and the call went straight to voice messaging.

Got a recorded message from this company stating that one of my members is being investigated for check fraud. When I called the extension back (ext 200) the lady stated that my member was under investigation and she needed to call the company back. I had my member call this person back and she was asked for her SSN and checking account number! When I took the phone and identified myself as a member of the US military, I was ***g up on and now no one will answer the phone.

The guy I spoke to name is ROYCE AT EXT 2610 AND THE WOMEN IS AT EXT 200 I don't remember her name though....folks pls be careful times r hard and people will do anything to get money

i got a call from this number and they addressed themselves as Matthew Clay with Kausmann, Hynes, and****ociates. He stated that ThinkCash SST Bk of Del had electronically send papers over pertaining to check fraud or loan fraud and that they are responsible for obtaining a background check, subpoena, financial ins***ution report from my bank, and ligitation report. He also stated that I had a 24 hour window to pay $1,240.00 by tommorrow, or I will be brought to court.

My husband's aunt got a call from this guy saying that he was under investigation for check fraud and they were going to issue a warrant for his arrest.  I called back and the guy was very hateful demanding over $1500.  Saying if we didn't pay by 2:00 tomorrow they would issue a warrant for arrest.
