Leave a CommentPopup on computer saying the computer had spyware/hacked. Gave two phone numbers (888-332-3463) and (1-877-205-6283). Asked for serial number, credit card for payment to download security software.
This is a spam number supplied by scammers blocking my laptop screen, saying it was infected by spyware. This was number to call to unlock my computer screen and get apple support person to help get spyware off my laptop. All a complete scam. I called Apple support to confirm. Had to manually shut down computer to get rid of it.
