This party is dish, telling me about my bill, I stopped using dish 6 months ago and the service is off, now I have cable.

Spoke in spanish so I ***g up right away and created a contact called spam and then put them on the black list. They can never call a***n from the same number is on blacklist.

maybe somebody that had that number before you guys had the dish acct. they called me yes****ay to say my dish expires in December. that's still a few months away.

New cell number to us - this number calls every day and never leaves a message. We have never had Dish Network nor will we ever based on the number of calls we've rec'd in the past 2 months. We called Dish Network and tried to explain to a live person but they don't care....."ther­e's nothing we can do. We can't update the database."

Received several calls from above number after getting a new cell phone #. Caller calls approximately twice a day now. Upon connecting, there is nothing but dead air for approximately seven seconds, at which time my cell phone indicates the line was closed. I have stopped answering, and am currently looking into how to block this number as there is no human being on the line to tell them to stop.

These people call you after 8PM week days or weekends.  I believe this is illegal.  Where is the fcc when you need them?  Like most federal agencys totally useless.

Calls from this number day and night. Never had an account with dish network and never will. How do I stop the calls?

Got 5 calls in 1 day on my cellphone from this number which is Dish Network. We cancelled Dish recently because they refused to pay Fox so we could get our local sports games on TV.  Dish had told us it wasn't their problem & we needed to call Fox to demand they lower the price Dish has to pay for local channels. We disconnected Dish services because of it & sent them back all their equipment in their boxes via UPS. They will not stop calling my cell or my husband's work number to ask why we left.  NOW they are saying we owe $52 & that our account is still open but they will disconnect us if we don't pay our bill.  LOL  OK!  When I called today to end the calls the rep said that he had no idea who was calling us because he personally hadn't called us.  In other words, just being a smart a**.  Then he laughed at me saying it's too bad we switched to DirectTV because Dish now carries Fox sports a***n.  As if that was going to make Dish's bad service & negative at***ude somehow better so we'd come back.  I told him it was too late & Dish was just angering more ppl by calling.  He said he didn't believe that so I told him to Google up 888-337-3474 & read all the complaints. Truly they are *****s.

Dish Network called 5 times & when I call back they want to harass me about why we cancelled our Dish service over a month ago. We paid our bill & sent back all equipment in their boxes. They are claiming we owe more & want to harass us about leaving because Dish wouldn't pay Fox network for our local sports. They laughed & made fun of us saying Dish now has Fox sports back. The guy said he had no idea who was calling my cellphone denying that I got any calls. When I pressed the matter he insisted that he personally didn't make any calls & that is how he knows I'm mistaken in saying "you called my cellphone"­; meaning the company, not him personally. Just another harassing head game. They are *****s. Angering people isn't good for business.

Dish Network wants to charge me $ 400 for unreturned equipment. They say I sign a contract in which I promised to return their equipment. I have not signed any contract. A representative from Dish called me and said they could not show the contract, she told me that they do not have a contract signed by me, and anyway insist on charging $ 400. They are scammers.

Yes, I agree with EVERYTHING these people are saying- DISH is lousy- I tried and tried for 3 months to get them to come out and fix it right because it never worked from day 1 - after three months of this, I finally called and asked for a supervisor, who said he would send a tech out to check it out and I would see the service call on my next bill!!!  Needless to say, I told him nevermind, just disconnect it and he acted as if he were happy to do so, and he did- I sent the equipment back and as far as I am concerned, our business is over and they do not need to be calling me now- What happened when I was trying to get their attention every other day on the phone with them?  Don't ever use DISH- worst experience I have ever had!!!  They don't deliver what they promise and then they can't even deliver in customer service- their employees must be miserable working there to treat people like that!

Keeps calling my new cell number all the time. Never had this problem with my other cell phone number. I've never been a customer, nor do I plan to be after being such a annoyance. I'm quite surprised that they keep doing this when so many complaints have been made. Do these complaints not mean anything?

I have been received calls from this number on my newly activated cell phone.  I do not appreciate it.

got call today from Dish Network that I was past due on my account. I do not have a Dish account. They say I should contact the 3 credit bureaus since it may be iden***y fraud. I was transferred a**** 3 different customer service****ociates that all kept giving me different stories.

Keeps calling my sons tracfone for someone whom decided to quit paying his dish network bill and tracfone decided to give this Eric guys number to my son....so when i call dish network they say it will take 30 to 45 days for them to stop calling his phone once his name is placed on there do not call list. Why does it take so long and who has to pay for his used minutes on this ****....a little innocent 9 year old boy.

I have never subscribed to dish network but they keep calling my cell phone with an automated "payment overdue" call.

Dish Network.... this isn't even my account it's my roommates. She cancelled it, and we got Direct and i'm getting phone calls about signing up a***n, a past due bill, which is not in my name or my responsibility. I worked for the company, and trust me DON'T SIGN UP.

Completed commitment. Notified DISH of termination.  DISH responded said a representative would call and I would receive info on return of receiver.  Never happened.  Since then four calls a week from this number and bills by mail.  Have sent DISH copies of correspondence and filed a complaint with FTC (a joke) but these folks just keep calling.

Cancelled my service to switch to Verizon FIOS, This call was DISH Network internal collections regarding my final bill of $60. I just paid it over the phone and don't expect to hear from them a***n. Service was okay but FIOS TV is much better for the same or less money.

We moved and Dish Network charged my debit card $400.  I called to find out why and was told that they did not receive the request to move our service.  I then A***N told them that we had moved and wanted our service moved.  They told me that our Dish account would receive the $400 credit, not my debit card.  The next month I received a bill for $500.  I called to find out why and was told that my debit card had been credited back and that that was the bill for programming.  I NEVER received a $400 credit on my debit card.  I have since dropped service with Dish Network but still can't get them to send me the box to mail the equipment back in.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

This number is DISH NETWORK! Please do not deal with these people. I was mislead about available Local Channels in my area.  I canceled service after 12 Hours.  It took me 3 hours on the phone to get it canceled without a fee.  I thought it was taken care of.  The box they sent me to return my equipment in did not contain the proper return label.  It took me another couple of months and a couple dozen phone calls to get the label.  During this time i received atleast 10 phone calls a week about sigining up for their service and a monthly bill for $400. After i returned to equipment i continued getting bills and phone calls.  The person on the phone would say that they had received my equipment and that they were taking care of the charges for me.  I am still getting the bills and the phone calls.  Hopefully this will end sometime soon.!!!!!

I closed my account and got rid of my dish/equipment and these people still too this day call me for reopening my account even after I have asked for them not to call me anymoreI will not pay for TV anymore, its a waste, commercials are suppose to pay for TV.All you people that pay for Dish, Direct or cable are being ripped off!

Dish network is the worst company to do business with.  Very poor customer service!!!!!  I have been ***g up on when the rep was frustrated and could not fix my problem.
