says they are a collection agency. Sounds fishy... likley spam
Collection agency. I save their number as spam, then I do not answer when they call.

Apparently this number is from a place called Vital Recovery Services (collectors). Part of the message sounds like a telemarketer and the other part sounds like debt collection. My sister said they've called her looking either for me or my ***her (I'm a jr), however I haven't lived there in 8 years to be contacted there. If anyone googles this number, there is a pretty interesting site with more information on them.
