Leave a CommentI got a call, they already knew my phone number, name address, and the way that comcast had my name listed on the account. (they actually had cut off some of the letters because my first name was long) . Asked if I wanted 2 premium movie channels for 2 dollars, I said sure, they went to transfer me for a 3rd party confirmation but that seemed weird, I ***g up, called the number back and it's not a number you can call. definitely strange, but they didn't ask me for any personal info, maybe that was after the transfer that I didn't wait on though.

I got a call from the same number with the same offer of adding 2 premium channels for $2, but this is quite weird. I asked could I call back, she said they could only schedule a callback for me. I declined because it is strange, and when I called this number back it was disc. Not sure, but sounds weird.
