This is a fraud. I checked my account online and there was no suspicious activity or holds as this idiot claimed on the voicemail he left me.

I spoke with Chase and they this number is NOT from Chase as the callback number they left, also not Chase.

I called Chase and they verified the call did not originate from Chase. I gave them the callback number they left on the message they left and (started with 877) and that number also is not owned by Chase.

Be cautious of calls from people claiming to be from the Chase Bank fraud department. I almost provided my information because the call sounded convincing. They also contacted my sister, which made me realize it was a scam, as Chase Bank would not call a family member regarding fraud or any other issues.

Same as others, on 5-24-23 and 5-25-23 received calls from this number claiming to be Chase. Was NOT Chase.
