There is a computer Tech Support company that is scamming people. Their names have ranged from "Geek Software Export" to "Geeks America Support", to America Geeks Support", to "Tech Ninja Help", to "Techs Secure Net or Nets" from Sept 2016 to January 2019. They have c****ed their phone number many times also. They are very sophisticated and can dupe even a chemical engineer like myself. They sold me "Lifetime Complete Security" for all computers and ipads. Then when I had problems with my Windows Office (they installed a pirated copy I later found out about), they sold me a "Lifetime Microsoft Services" for all. As my Windows 2016 kept repeatedly requiring a fix ("Activate Microsoft Office 2016" prompts, they sold me a "Lifetime Sonic Wall Security" for all. It was only later that I researched Sonic Wall to find out that it was for businesses with web pages, company emails etc. When I asked where was my "hardware", they indicated they used so****ing at their location equivalent to Sonic Wall. I did not become su****ious until the next prompt for "Microsoft Office 2016 Activation. That is when I found out this group is slick at convincing customers their is so****ing wrong with your computer. They even used scammer computer connection software. Do not let any computer help company try to take over your computer over the phone. Go to a reliable business instead. I have learned my lesson the hard way.
