I called and asked Bank of America and they agreed that this company is them and that they are for real. I told them they had a problem with how they come across. To complain: write to....Bank of America Correspondent (which means complaints)PO Box 15463Wilmington, DE 19850-5463
I called this number back after they called me, at their number 888-401-9535, and they answered Card Services. They were not Banki of America. They said they do work for many banks.
This company called with all kinds of personal information and asked even more questions. I did not feel comfortable AT ALL.
Called my mobile phone.
Caller identified himself as Bank of America Card Services, reviewing my account. Said I had account in collection, $4100, GE Money Bank. He asked questions about employment, I shut him down, said I would handle at bank ***nch. He provided his name and phone number. Staff there said no such person on corporate personnel roster, phone number did not look like BoA #, call likely bogus
