I turned on my computer and suddenly there was this obnoxious, loud noise;all sorts of wires things happening on the screen and a voice saying my computer had been hacked;not to turn off the computer, which it would not let me do anyway, and to immediately call 888-402-0392. I've been caught in a scam similar to this. I had to do a hard shut down, turned off the modem and unplugged the computer.
