Jp debt collecter. They can **** my *****
Called and refused to identify herself other than "This is Pam and this is a business call." Insisted I identify myself and I said, look lady, you called a number out of the blue and you're not telling me who you are, you had better fess up. She said "have a good day" and ***g up.Twits.
WHY IS THIS NUMBER CALLING ME FOUR OR FIVE TIMES A DAY. MAKE IT STOP
This company is calling our business REPEATEDLY for an employee. Company policy prevents me from putting a personal call through to the recipient, which I have told Mr. Mackey many times. They are harrassing our company and we don't even owe them a debt. ****s!
JP Recovery- Amazing how someone who is calling to collect money from you can be so rude and disrespectful. I am barely able to get a word in as he forces the fact that if I don't pay him money, it will end up on my credit report. If someone is expecting me to pay them, no matter how annoyed I am for calling my phone 3 times in a row within 5 minutes, they better be respectful and polite, and that he was absolutely far from. I don't trust these people and neither should you!!!
I think it's priceless how JP Recovery at 888-404-3721 continues to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In my case they notified a third party of a disputed debt 2x and this person is not my spouse. They also threatened to sue me and garnish my paychecks. After speaking to a personal injury attorney I have a bit of advice for everyone that is being harassed by this company. If you owe a debt I would suggest trying to pay it if at all possible. However, if you are being harassed by a collection company that is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act you can and should sue them. Most attorneys that handle this will take their fee out of your settlement. Not only will they pay your debt but they will also pay a sum for personally injury and attorneys fees. Good luck and if enough people come forward that have legitimately been harassed by this company (ringing phone 1x or verbal) they will be forced to c****e their collection practices.http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf
It is JP Recovery. They called me trying to get ahold of someone else. While it is true...my phone hardly had time to ring each time before they ***g up, but my guess is a poor automatic calling system that they are using. If you want them to stop calling...do what I did...CALL THEM BACK!!
A short one ring and that was all. I'll post a***n if they call a***n.
At 12:22 PM EDT today, I answered my residential telephone on the 2nd ring. ***ody was on the line ... no computer ... no human ... no nothing ... not even a ****-up ... just a dial tone with the telephone number of 1-888-404-3721 on my Caller ID.
Voice mail message:"This call is for (person's name). My name is Al Blanche and I am calling about a very important business matter. Please return my call at 1-888-404-3721."
And a***n! One ring - ****s up before I can answer - no reason to be calling this # or me at all.
This is the 2nd time I've had a call from this #, rings just a couple times and then it's a missed call. No idea where they're getting my particular # from at all, but by the time I can see them on the CID they've already ***g up. Could be an automated dialer. No messages, no nothing else. Need the ability to block specific calls on some of these phones to teach these *****s a lesson!
THis call came in from JP Recovery. It is an agency to collect debt owed to other copanies.
