Unfortunately my 91 year old father fell for this. SCAMMING THE ELDERLY and NOT putting your information in to locate your business should be criminal.
I agree with all others that have received this ridiculous letter, its a scam! I do not have a home warranty, as others have said, so don't fall for it !!! They should be found and prosecuted for scamming !
I'm sick of the letters, those dumb ass's think we don't know that our home warranty repeats every year until we cancel or change to another. Lol.. Letter with no address. I thought final meant final; I'm probably on my 100th final notice.

Scam fishing MAIL for homeowner mortgage WARRANTY no company name /not a legal phone number. 7/6/2024
Home warranty scam letter asking me to immediately call them at 888-404-4504. The letter had no company name or return address and claimed they were the home warranty division.
Got mail from someone using this phone number. But search shows no owner. Area zip code on piece of mail is from Fenton, Missouri. Looking for money for home warranty protection for mortgage, which I don't have.
