Yes, lady said her name was Miss Mann and it was imperative that she speak with me. she was calling from the "legal division of our firm (NO COMPANY NAME) "IN REFERENCE TO YOUR CASE THATS SCHEDULED TO BE FORWARDED OUT TO (then put in our county in Wisconsin) she left her phone no. a***n stating it needed immediate action. Red flag is...she used two names when she called! one was the correct name at this home and the other name...was the name of a fellow who had our iden***y and owed everyone in the United States...Just went on Medicare and feel....this triggered this call......will not call back. She had a southern accent. Sounded like the old fashioned collection calls.....from the dude who had our name, phone and address. this was years ago......will ignore it. Very very strange....

received a call from some lady, who NEVER IDENTIFIED WHO SHE WORKED FOR. She was looking for someone who does not live here. Stated there was a claim, and we must call her back ASAP. She said she had a file/case number. she stated must call her to discuss this case.

yes they call all my reported numbers and try to tell me that they have a claim a***nst me. Liars!!!

I got a call from these people about a bill that I owed, the guy wanted over $5000 I asked to speak to a manager, I got a settlement for less then half.  Lesson: always talk to a higher up baby

These people try to collect false debt and are rude, threaten you and try to extort your checking account information.  DON'T call them back, it is a scam!  Also will send letters stating you owe debt and if you call them back they refuse to provide support for the debt (added bonus on top of the way they treat you).  Check out the website for Ripoff Report, look for the company ARA in Villa Park, IL.
