Just found out via telephone provider they know about this old debt collection scam.. the FTC is checking into all these 1-800-866 etc. numbers calling, they are getting constant calls about them. Debt over 10 years old is under the statute of limitation, even medical bills.
You must be working for them? They are crimminals, have checked this out my self...They are asking my relatives for money for me? Not close relatives, ex relatives. Why not contact me directly. I am published on my credit file, and it is clean, SCAM................
i dont think they are a scam, they actually saved me 25% off my principle balance on a credit card i had, and saved me from going to court and paying lawyer fees...in my opinon id call them to at least see what its regarding
They are calling my relatives and saying they have a summons or complaint about me, they tried this with a different number, and they are a scam. They want you to pay a bogus credit or so****ing.I think they are out of Cornoa California.
