This phone number comes on a post card which looks like it is coming from Medicare. It requests that a person call the number at the appointed date and time listed to enroll in a Medicare Plan. This is a SCAM. When you put this phone number in a Google Search Engine this number it comes up that it is scam from the FCC warning people not to reply.
