I received a call from this number this afternoon about loans (government loans, allegedly.) The message (besides being in violation of FCC regulations) pretends that it's a call-back to a call I allegedly made about a mortage loan which, of course, is a lie.  ( a) I never made any such call, b) My name is not on the property, only my husband's, c) We've owned this home free-and-clear for well over a decade, d) We live within our means so we have no need of a mortage -- especially a 'loan' from a scam artists.)  By the way, this is NOT a loophole of the Do-Not-Call list.  It's an illegal call.  Pretending you're calling someone back when they did not initiate the original call is a violation of the DNC.  Lies are not covered by law.The idiotic message was long-winded and, not surprisingly, you have to leave a message because "Ashley" (more like Ash-hole) is allegedly on the other line with someone else.  (Maybe they got tired of listening to the complaints of people who are familiar with the workings of scam artists like them.)  I left my opinion of Ash-hole's illegal call, not that it will do any good because scam artists don't care if they annoy you and the FCC is too useless to do anything about them.

I called the number and same thing erin answers and she asked my name i said my name was UGO..she asked if i spoke to Ashley ..i said yes ..she says old on and comes back and says shes busy can i have your name for her to call you back ..i said sure ..so i told her my name was UGO ..and she asked UGO what ...i replied ..UGO *****YOURSELF  shes says HUH??? i repeated UGO PHOCKYOURSELF...she ***g up ...i'll torture these people ..at least erin .. ...this is gonna be good ..i live for this stuff ..im outta work ...so this is good to mess with people who mess with people ...what are they gonna do call the FCC on me ...hahahahahahahahah

Got a message from Ashley yes****ay.  Called her office back (using Skype, so it registers my number as 123456 on their end).  Spoke to someone named Erin.  Asked if I could speak to Ashley.  She said "May I have your name" and I said "no".  She put me on hold and then ***g up.I called back  :)   I asked for Ashley a***n.  This time, I was told "She is with a client" but I could leave  my name and number for her to call me back.  The company is called 1st Choice Mitigation.  They have a website, http://1stchoicemitigation.com/ .  I called the phone number listed on their website and it immediately went to a voicemail for "Ashley".Shows their address as:220 Newport Center Drive Suite 604Newport Beach, CA 92660I have filed a complaint with the FCC, as we are on the No-call list and we have never done business with any loan modification program.

You saved me the trouble of typing the message myself.  Thanks.  I love how she claims that I called her and that she's calling back.  It's a pretty flimsy loophole to the National DNC Registry.I did call back, and I left a message ordering that my number be removed.

I have received multiple calls from this number.  I don't answer unknown numbers. They left a message about loan modification blah, blah, blah.  Didn't call them, didn't ask them, don't want them to call a***n.  I would like to get off these lists!
