Call was routed from home to cell phone, and a call-back resulted in an ID of Bank of America. The recording asked for my full account number or my complete Social Security number. There was no other option to speak with anybody. A call back to Bank of America Customer Service provided me with no useful information but invited me to get a callback, if I did not want to wait 2 1/2 hours for a representative.
