To previous poster, "anonymous". They are not Microsoft, they are scammers. No legit company would block your screen, please take your computer to a real store (in person) where they can remove any program those fake Microsoft people might have told you to download.
This blocked my screen and said it was Microsoft and I had been hacked? This is a con /scam
