First sent an email, it looked legit. I called and ***g up. They called back claiming they could refund this bogus charge the email said they were charging my account. it's a major scam. I reported to Norton but have yet to hear back.
Scam thief’s for sure. Called several times to find out information and they **** up every time. The USA needs to go after these cowards
