They said I have a claim out of San bernardino and need to call on April 8 or going procress further. There was two numbers 951-466-3141. Guy answered and was very rude ask my name and referred number. Then guy asked if my birthday is 419, Said need to tell him yes or no. They asked if a person was here,& she wasn't home!!! They said so****ing about a return certified letter!!! Have know idea what this is about!!!
Caller said they are working an old file for Capital ONe-- one that has gone to court before a judge and a settlement has been entered into! They are saying they found an additional file that I owe money for and will be sued. DO NOT talk to them. They are a collection firm with outdated records years old
mentioned my name, county, some rapid slurred statement, then said since no contact they will continue without my consent. Call id appears from (951) 466-3141, but message says to call (888) 429-0547.
