Just got called . no one there .
Just got a call from this number. I didnt answer and they didnt leave a message but I called the number back and it was a very ****py automated voice saying it's from Black Hills Energy regarding some "service guard program" ?? not sure as it was hard to understand. It did offer a prompt to remove your number from the calling list or to speak with a representative.
