They basically called and said they had legal do***ents to deliver to me from Mercer County though they never named the courthouse nor did they say who they represented! This has to be illegal!

Fake lawsuit threat.
This was texted to me with a case number but they didn’t say for what debt WE'VE UNSUCCESSFULLY MAILED *DO***ENTS BEING DIVERTED TO PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR SERVICE* - PROCESS OFFICER WILL ATTEMPT SERVICE 03-15-2022 TO DISCONTINUE, RESOLVE OR ENTER STIPULATION OF AGREEMENT, CONTACT THE FIRM AT 888-471-4723.
Sent me a text message with my name and date of birth at top. Gave me the same message as the same as the 4th and 5th comment. When I checked my phone log they called under a private number, texted me with 702 number but text content had a 888 number to call them back by 5 pm.
Gave a reference number to use when calling them back, they had my wife’s full name and her full maiden name. She being sued don’t know by who, but said if we she didn’t respond they would move forward for processing in litigation, with complaint made by someone. This voicemail was left on my phone, husband of wife being sued.
A complaint was filed with Clayton County
Dispatch Do***ent Services is an Anonymous Caller. They have certified legal do***entation they need to deliver. I would need to call the litigation firm at 888-471-4723.
