Leave a CommentKnew my name, and I am a client of CitiCards. After pushing "1" to verify I was the person they wanted, they asked for my zip code. Seemed pretty harmless, so keyed it in. Then said they were collecting a debt (we owe no one). As I s****ed to **** up the landline phone, they said their records showed I have one account with them. I finished ****ing up, at that point. That also was not true.
