This company works in****ociation with Fowler Gibson &****ociates, who uses the same tactics, refuses to provide any details in writing and will threaten you and **** up the phone when challenged.  Watch out, thed current phone # is (888) 279-8697

well they have been reported by me to the Federal Trades Commission ans the Attoorney General as I was advised to do by the local police department.they can not threaten you with a warrant, it is illegal.Best thing you can do is to report them to these agencies too. They need to be stopped.

Well I got calls from them, they told me I could only pay the amount owed by debit card. I went to my local police Dept who told me its a scam. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since that call, and now they are calling my family who live in another state over a thousand miles away and threatening them, saying that I used them as references on a loan. Am headed back to police department a***n tomorrow.They had told me they were a law office, they told my family they are a collection agency. They manner of which their calls are answered are also c****ed now. so BEWARE of calls coming from this number and two men named (supposedly) Bob Jackson and Tom Davis ! Bob is supposedly the superviser of the warrants division, and Tom the investigator.

Total fraud call!  These people say that you've written fraudulent checks and they're going to be putting a warrant out for you, that they can revoke the license and cancel the auto ***le of the person they're going after.  I said well that's odd, because you're not any kind of law enforcement agency, so how could you possibly do these things?  He said that they would work with the local law enforcement to do so -- which we all know is blatant ****.  I said that's pretty interesting, because everything I've heard from you sounds like this call is a total fraud.  He said "It's not fraud!" and ***g up on me.  How professional.Don't let these people intimidate you into giving them account or credit card information!  Don't you think you'd know if you had been writing hot checks?  And hey, even if you had been writing hot checks, don't give these guys anything.  They're total scam artists.

They are breaking the law.

File a complaint online with Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, FBI and Better Business Bureau.

It is funny how the fredom act works both ways. HEHEHEHEHEHEEHE

got calls also. it's a scam to make you believe you owe someone money, and it it's not paid, there will be a warrant for your arrest. Ignore the calls
