Called claiming there is a case a***nst me and they are looking to serve papers. Refised to say who, where, or how. Called my mobile, my GF's mobile, my ex-wife, and my workplace. Scammers looking to catch a bullet. Never had this problem before joining AARP. Spam calls s****ed IMMEDIATELY afterwards.
They said a person I know had a file sent to their office and that I needed to call the 888 number to verify location information. They called from (919) 245-7736 from a business named DDS, which does not seem to exist in NC.
Said there was a case pending me. They used my maiden name which hasn’t been used in over 5 years. Then text me to tell me it was in regards to a lawsuit from a different number
Said that someone had a complaint and gave me a file # then they called my ex husband asking him to have me call them when I called they couldn't give me any info but wanted me to verify my last 4 digit of my social and my birthdate they called from 409-200-8874 but asked me to call 888-504-2388
Claiming legal action a***nst my son, but name wasn't my son
Text messaged regarding an open investigation. Used my Maiden name (haven't used that name on anything for 16 years! text came from 201 423 6988 but said to call 888 504 2388.
Said I was being sued. Disturbing part they have the last 4 of my social!
They texted my daughter about a lawsuit, called my granddaughter asking her questions about her mother. Tried to get my daughters SS number. Used this number and 586-697-2783.

Was told to call this number as a law suit was being filed a***nst me. Excel Resolution Services . I called the bank who was supposedly suing me and they said it is a common scam and if they call a***n to report for extortion
