Voicemail message stated she was the process server dispatcher and said they were trying to serve me a notice to appear, left a case number and 888-530-2252 and said "You've been notified". (Girl coached in back as to what to say. Both voices sound POORLY educated. )

Said a lien was being put a***nst my vehicle. The debt they brought up was paid off years ago. Had my social number, address and type of car.

I needed to pay a credit card debt of over 8000.00 or would be served and have a lien put on my property. Then it turned to 11, 000. after I refused to pay and wanted proof it was owed.

I was told that I owed $5192 because I ignored the settlement. They said the subpoena would be issued tonight at 6pm The first guy said I was mixed up and that I should go put some lotion on my wrinkled face, and then he ***g up. I called back. The 2nd guy gave me my social #, 2 of my kids names, & my add. My credit reports are locked. We ended up cursing each other out.

Called my place of business and asked to talk to me. Brought up a debt that was settled years ago and asked for my address to send notice of a lien being put on our house.
