Revied a call from Josh at 888.535.3515 Ext 6689 ins***ing he's with the FTA and needed to talk about my merchant account. I don't have a merchant account.

They said they wanted to talk to me about an account I DO NOT have. They said they were FTA or STA -- the message is not clear.

to happy customer :you have to be kidding me. They are making  constant unsolicited calls . That alone is illegal, I am on the do not call list and I don't have a merchant account. i have enough to do, i don't need there harassing phone calls. How can we stop them

Constant harassing phone calls trying to convince you they are trying to help you with a problem with your merchant account. Barrage them with phone calls and faxes. See how they like it.

Yes, they are liars! They called and left a message about "... a couple of aspects of my merchants account" with them. I don't own a business and hear about them for the first time. They should be investigated for telephone fraud!

People calling form the FTA are pestering telemarketers tying to get info on our merchant account

If they are not scamming in some way then why don't they come out and tell the truth about what they are doing from the beginning.  They told us they are some oversight company and are not selling anything.  That is a total line of bull manure.  They are a credit card processing company looking to try to get you to process your credit business through one of their mulitple partnership companies.We have invited them in to do their dog and pony show but I doubt they are any better than the next service provider.  Now I am pretty sure even if they say they can save us money we won't sign up with them.   It sound like there is so****ing shady going on with them and we won't be a party to it.

These people don't give up.I have told them countless times not to call a***n.

I get calls from this number on an almost daily basis. They are so annoying. They claim to be from my merchant account. I don't even have a merchant account. I wish they would all just disappear.

Terrible call.  Typical and juvenile.  Hello Is " so and so " there?  They have an account with us.  Then they have no info and turn nasty once you ask them for information.  Reported to AG.  And you got to love the comments below!  If you are legit, your customer service is terrible.

Scam (or at least a junk phone call trying to sell me so****ing I'm not interested in).  They called and said it was about my merchant acct, and I don't have ANY merchant accounts with anybody, anywhere.

It is a telemarketing outfit even if they try to deny it. They called and said it's about my account and I have no account with them and never have. They got my name from a list. They may be a legitimate business but I am dubious of anyone who tries to deny why they are calling and won't be straight with you.

SCAM ALERT I received a call from them about claiming to be****ociated with my merchant account. They are not. Do not give them any information and report them asap to your local AG office.

Identified as "Chrystal" Repeated calls attempting to "adjust credit risk for merchant services account". Would on identify company as "the FTA". AFter I requested to be placed on do not call list "Chyrstal" insisted that "the FTA" does not have a do not call list, since they are "not telemarketers".
