Leave a CommentYes a very firm sounding old woman left a very long message on my voicemail. I'm going to put the message up on the*****phonebook.com and file a complaint under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. And a note to the owners: I have about 40 private investigators in my office and I promise you are ***ked.
they told me I would be fined between 100 and 7,000 if I did not have the posters. they said they were going to call back. Seriously they need to be stopped.
The same, asking for the owner and asking for federal requirements. I already bocked them....
Woman called and asked to speak to the owner of the company. When I stated he was not available she questioned me about Labor law posters. When I told her that we already had our posters she became very rude and seem irritated and told me she would call back and promptly ***g up.

Rude and a scam. They are illegitimate. **** up.

I had a voicemail from Marsha of Labor Law Compliance. I called the 888 number back, and it was busy, so I googled and found this page. Thanks for your comments, I will NOT be calling "Marsha" back!
meme chose et j'habite le ca***a dans la province de quebec appel a repe***ion jusqu'a 20 nappel en une semaine tres grossier d'ailleur ne reponder pas arnaque...
Nice people called 6 times in a few minutes.Whatever you paid for the posters may get refunded eventually since my buddies say they are already being investigated.They are not a government agency - but they may be living with some friends of mine for free in a government building real soon. The government has really nice free long term living facilities.01 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:41 PM 727-489-3904 FLORIDA CALL01 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:44 PM 727-489-3904 FLORIDA CALL01 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:45 PM 727-489-5773 FLORIDA CALL03 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:46 PM 727-489-5805 FLORIDA CALL01 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:47 PM 727-489-3928 FLORIDA CALL03 I S 0000 G A0 10/22 03:49 PM 727-489-7396 FLORIDA CALL
first off, do not call back. report su****ious calls to local authorities. they have ways of looking into further than average joe. tell them you may have been a victim of a crime, or****entially a target. there is aslo a cyber crime link on the fbi page. this falls into that. here is one example....could be a computer capture device. digital land lines and cell phones have identifying information visible when in connection with a fake caller, using a computer that displays your information, which is stolen, and used without your knowledge. or, could even be a out of the counrty call that runs up your bills in the thousands of dollars range for like one or 2 minutes. its like an extractor. (scince the return call number is different from the caller id display, and has no similarities whats so ever.) block the number, call you phone provider for details, and do not answer calls from those numbers. 888 numbers are not usually toll free, and are mostly out of the country sattelite companies. while there are a few legit numbers with this prefix, it is pretty safe bet anything that s****s 888, is probably a sales pitch, or other unwanted junk. always let a voice mail system or ma****e answer all unfailiar numbers, because people can actually display any number they want on your caller id, or get an unregistered or un traceable number from all types of scources, that will display whatever you enter into it. like, SKYPE.......
I got a call from Isabel stating that they needed to send out compliance posters. Inferred was part of the Federal Government. Also need to send a poster and a CPR kit that was required before our business could open. Said takes 5 - 7 days. I took down number and then of course googled it since I did not know why I would get a call from a 727 number and the number I was supposed to return the call was an 888 number. And knew that a CPR kit was not required. The phoney calls are coming in by the minute...
Called me right after I listed my business in the yellow pages. Been in business for 20 years and as soon as I listed the number there, BAMM, here come the cc calls, the "Labor Law compliance" **** and a ton of other a**holes.Amanda called me, left message, I did not even call back.
This is an irritating scam. This company calls about once every 6 weeks.
"This is for the owner of, this is Marsha with the Labor Law Compliance Ins***ute, this would be regarding all the labor law requirements for the business, please return this call at..."Googling the phone number got me here and also to the webpage below with a very official-looking logo, showing an address in Clearwater, Florida:http://brokendesign.org/llcins***ute/contact.html (notice this is NOT a .gov site, though it clearly wants visitors to believe it's some sort of federal government agency)I laughed at the city name, Clearwater is surely the scammer capital of the USA.Googling the Caller ID number, 727-535-2492, shows service provided by Verizon Florida.
Yes they called me and left a message. I called back and they say they are on the east coast. Another boiler room!!!
Amanda, the person who called us, said she will send us 3 posters for $1,300. Then asked for our credit card, which we did not give.
I was right... contacted local osha and this company is a private consulting firm wanting you to pay them for everything you can get for free from o*****ov...
Very rude Elizabeth stated we need to be in compliance with the federal compliance act and needed to purchase a labor law poster, cpr kit etc.... will contact my local osha division... bet it's free
Angry caller stated that this is the third warning and we will be fined $5000 if we don't have a labor poster. Labor poster cost $139.00. He also claim to be from the California Government.
