Got a post card for home warranty division with Country Deed Records with the property lienholder name and a picture of my home ripped straight from Zillow's image (it's a unique image that I haven't posted elsewhere). The words "Final Notice" are on the post card. They tell you to call this number for uninterrupted protection and to register. Scam

Have now received 3 postcards with this number to call. Home warranty division and home warranty replacement on one side. County deed records at top of the other side. Picture of my house (which I own outright) saying property lienholder and private lender information above the picture. With a threat of lapsing on the coverage. Also registration ID # and pin # with warranty replacement notice underneath that. Big final notice thing on the corner. What kind of legit company would send you a postcard with personal information like a registration number and a PIN number out in the open like that. Even if I'd had no other reason to question it that's a big red flag there.

These people should be in jail.

"Final Notice" with a pic of my home, my name, my address and lender. Chilling and would be easy for someone to think it's legitimate but it is a SCAM. I've also been getting these for mortgage protection (RIDICULOUS!) and threats of home being taken away without it.

They called and mailed me . They stated it was a collect call from County deed records , but they didn’t even stated what county .

They are sending out notification in the name of County Deed Records of Washington DC stating that registration is mandatory in order to have uninterrupted protection. It looks real, these people should be jailed.

They are trying to get home warranty insurance to pay for it.

Got a snail mail saying "Final notice" for "Warranty Replacement" with the contact number 888-573-1918.

Got a county deed records postcard what a joke I don't even have a warranty through them. Just like some ****** card that came in the mail saying I own a 2015 Dodge caravan which was a lie as well. Watch out everybody for all these spam cards that come in the mail just fair warning you

Received a County Deed Records Postcard "advising you to contact our offices in a lapse of coverage for all available covered components". What a Joke this mailer is - I feel so sorry for people that actually call them and give their personal information. These people need to get locked up!!

Warranty replacement registration is required for uninterrupted protection notice received in the mail. I didn’t call. Never heard of these scammers before. Actually had a street view of our house on the postcard. Card came to my 90 year old patents. Good thing I intercepted

said we purchased warranty when we purchased home- they dont know what year the home was purchased- when I questioned him he got rude - asked if I wanted his help to protect all my valuables ??

The scammers are demanding registration for continued protection. We’ve never had any coverage with them.

Someone at 888-573-1918 is attempting to scare homeowners into signing up for their home warranty (home repair services), stating it is MANDATORY or it will leave the homeowner with denied claims. That doesn't even make any sense. These criminals prey on people. It isn't legitimate.
