It’s no doubt a scam.
ADT has confirmed that this is a SCAM. The upgrade to 5G is available but it is NOT free and any other cameras also require your $$$. Don't respond to this text.
I called ADT. The woman said not to respond to the text, that the upgrade would cost $600 , and that the cameras also have a charge. She didn't affirm or deny that ADT is sending texts.
Offered an alarm upgrade.
Texting and number stays busy only receiving texts from this number
