Asked company name, answered 'Gift redemption department'. asked thats the company name , answered 'yes'. asked what is the nature of the business, answered 'we distribute gifts'. asked what do you mean 'gifts', answered, 'like presents'. asked what is your definition of 'gifts', answered 'like presents'. very precise responses of script, no off script response. asked what is your name of me repeatedly, stated I received a call and am inquiring who called. asked to speak with your manager, answered 'there is nothing I can help you with?', responded 'you can connect me with your manager', answered ok. voice mail 'extension #218 Niki Davis', left message 'had an unsolicited phone call, I would like to respond and provide information, it would help if your operators could respond with more information'. Did not leave my number or call from my number.
