Leave a Commenti received a text telling me to call or further action will be taken. i called and in short they asked me to pay 1900 dollars for a discovery card i never had or received statements for since 2013 i nrver even got a noticr from a debt collector on this since 2013. anyway they threathened to serve me. i ***g up never got back to them.
Received a text message from caller ID 408 598 1827. Text message: This is a message from DDS regarding an open investigation pertaining to [NAME HERE] to verify location information. Please contact the issuer at 888-597-1338 and reference case file [CASE NUMBER HERE] to prevent further escalation. I called the 888 number. Person answered identified the company as Excel Resolution Services. I asked what they do. The response was that they****ist with locating individuals with a pending case. I just ***g up. Scam.
