This is a a SCAM! be CAREFUL!!! Got a call this afternoon on my house phone asking to speak with my husband.. We just recently moved in and ***ODY has our house number, so i thought it was a little weird in the first place. I got the number to have my husband call back and asked what it was in refernce to  and they told me it was a "personal business matter"... He called back and the first thing they asked for was his SS#. he told them that he wasnt going to give him that info. My husband then made a statement to them emplying that they sounded like they were out of the country. The CSR said that they were infact out of the country and that my husband had a past due bill that they had his iformation up and that they needed to verify him by his SS #.... after going back and fourth for a few moments, he asked what type of business they were in--- they said car loans!! WE DONT EVEN HAVE A CAR LOAN!!! this place is an absolute scan!!! DO NOT give them your SS number at all!!

i have received multiple calls off and on from this number. no messages are left so i've decided to double check everything and see who it is. my payments are set up bi-weekly...not sure what is going on

Received a call at 1015 Monday morning.  Left "official sounding" message, but after reviewing these comments, I have no idea why they would call or how they got my cell number.

got a call from this number this morning around 9am. ****ed me off because it is Sunday and I was chilling with my kids wat****g cartoons. They left no message and we have our payments direct deposited to boot! Also am on the no call list. A lot of good it does. The FCCs no call list is such a joke. I have always received phone calls from telemarketing despite being on it. Our government is failing to protect the public from this needless harassment.

I receive several calls and recorded messages from these *****s each week.  They identify themselves as "Allied Services" and are trying to collect a debt from someone that does NOT live at my residence.  My number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry and I have filed repeated complaints.  The calls will stop briefly, then s**** up a***n.  I have personally spoken to them and explained to them that they have the wrong number, but...they will call a***n several weeks later looking for someone else.  I'm tired of the repeated calls that apparently go unabated, and the barrage of messages that fill up my answering ma****e.  I want this to STOP!

I got clled before 8:00 am in the morning. The last job I had was making phone calls and we could not s**** calling until after 9:00am. Is there a double standard for businesses that have so****in to sell and buinesses that just want to collect. I will not buy another GM roduct because of this harrassment.

This is GMAC trying to collect car payments - not even 15 days late.  They will s**** calling now if you are 5 days late.  Since they are in trouble financially this past year they have s****edcalling people after 5 days of payment being due.  I like to make them wait just before 20 days.They get the payment and can't report you on your credit report.

I have received two calls today asking for another person.  I said they had the wrong number and since I recognized their phone number from previous calls, I said they had the wrong number and to remove our number from their lists.. They just ***g up on me.

This is a GMAC collection arm.  I had a situation were I submitted payment online then received an email 5 days later that payment failed.  Without checking bank records I submitted a second payment.  I then receive another email saying the first email was sent out in error so they in essence collected 2 payments and I was ahead one month in payments.  Had a similar call just now and I told them that I would not resubmit a payment until I checked my bank records.  She ***g up on me.  I checked my bank records and the payment in question this time went through as well.  Looks like they attempt to collect double payments with this ****od.  I am going to submit via paper check from now on.
