Caller pretended to be direct tv offering a comeback offer saying they were from the win back department offering a 200$ gift card was on the call for about 45mins after a few holds and asking for personal info. S****ed getting a gut feeling and decided to call the 800 number and spoke to someone there whom told me that they have no records of me talking to anyone and they also said they were not familiar with this number. I proceeded to ask the scammer what his name was he said it was Roy and also told them I think it was a scam he said no. So I asked the scammer if I called directv and asked about the records of me talking to them would it be their. He ***g up.
