It is a robot and claims you owe money and verified if it's your real name. Then it goes on to ask you for the last 4 digits of your social. Never give your info out to anyone that does not identify who they are or what company they are working for. It's total phishing. Report this number to the FCC and fraud department
They have called my phone at least three times this week looking for another party. They say they will remove my phone number but never do.
