Be VERY aware of these India thieves. They pretend to "clean" your computer but what they do is "clean out your bank account". These are hackers and scammers. DO NOT OPEN YOUR COMPUTER TO THEIR REMOTE CONTROL on the pretext of remotely cleaning your computer. Get it done locally. I fell for it and they cleaned me out. I am out over $13K. No chance of recovery. If you contract with them they will ask for payment in iTunes cards. NO REPUTABLE OR HONEST COMPANY DOES THIS! Record the conversation and forward it to the FBI immediately. Do not tell them anything.
