Said they were taking me to court for an old credit card from 2010. I had no credit Cards at all back then. They even called my Son who is in the Military.

Threatened legal action if I did not return their phone call. Also, called my brother's cell phone and stated they were a delivery service attempting to deliver a do***ent.

BUT IT IS. I called the 888. number and the man, Told me about my being TAKEN TO COURT BY the FDIC . I thought her said FBI, Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. They are the agency that s****ed after the depresson when banks went out of business, They cover up to $100,000 per bank account. So today is Nov. 15th 2021, He told me that the case comes from MAY 2013, I asked HOW LONG CAN A COLLECTION AGENCY COME AFTER YOU . Answer REALLY IS 7 yrs. I said, if you know that 7yrs is accurate, THEN HOW IS a 8.,5 yr debt VALID, he had no answer, HE ALSO DID NOT BELIEVE ME THAT I COULD SEE 3 PEOPLE LEAVING COMMENTS< I dont know WHERE THE COMMENTS WERE I mean I dont know What website the 3 complains all 3 say Nov 13 2021. So this message is about THAT LADY WHO CALLS AND SAYS THERE IS A LAWSUIT FILED A***NST ME. This might sound racist or another word, But the other callers are actually in ****ladesh or India. I ask them WHAT IS THE AREA CODE, They dont even know what an area code is. I ask WHAT STATE ARE YOU IN. One of them said MAINE, and maine has 1 area code JUST ONE, she could not answer the question. I have asked WHERE ARE YOU, answer FLORIDA, I asked WHAT CITY, 1 lady says ORLANDO I said tell me 1 reason PEOPLE TAKE VACATIONS IN ORLANDO FLORIDA, Now EVERYONE her knows that ORLANDO has Disney, some know that Universal Studios is there, and Sea World is there, 4 Disney Parks, 3 Universal Parks and Sea WOrls she was unable to provide an answer, I ask WHAT ADDRESS ARE YOU AT.
